Where is your store located?
French Postcard is Calgary's premier intimacy boutique, located inside BraTopia at 102 4 Street NE, Calgary, AB T2E 3R9. We created French Postcard as a sister brand so we could have open, shame-free conversations about sexuality and sexual health. Yes, we have parking!
What are your store hours?
Monday – Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Can I shop online if I'm not in Calgary?
Absolutely! We ship discreetly across Canada. Orders are packaged with no indication of contents on the outside.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes — we offer same-day delivery in Calgary on orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next business day.
How long does shipping take for the rest of Canada?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Is there a free shipping threshold?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD across Canada.
Will anyone know what's inside the package?
Never. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or envelopes with no mention of French Postcard or the contents on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.
What carrier do you use?
We ship via Canada Post and select courier services depending on your location and order size.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened intimate products. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at (403) 457-1303 or through our Contact page. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange a product?
Unopened items can be exchanged within 14 days. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
Products & Safety
Are your products body-safe?
Yes — we only carry products made from body-safe materials such as medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, and stainless steel. We do not carry products made from jelly rubber or phthalate-containing materials.
How do I know which product is right for me?
Our in-store and online team is always happy to help guide you. You can also use our Product Quiz on the homepage for personalized recommendations, or reach out to us directly.
Do you carry products for all genders and orientations?
Absolutely. French Postcard is an inclusive space. We carry products for women, men, couples, and all bodies — regardless of gender or orientation.
How do I care for my products?
Most products can be cleaned with warm water and a toy cleaner or mild unscented soap. Non-motorized silicone toys can be boiled or run through the dishwasher (top rack, no detergent). Always check the care instructions included with your product.
Payment & Gift Cards
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Our eGift Cards are available from $50 CAD and make a thoughtful, discreet gift. There are no fees and no expiration date. They can be used both online and in-store.
Can I buy a gift card for myself?
Of course! Enter your own email address in the "Recipient Email" field at checkout. Your eGift Card will be emailed to you instantly.
Privacy
Do you share my personal information?
Never. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information or email address to any third parties. Your privacy and discretion are extremely important to us.
