Our Policies

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all items on French Postcard are considered a final sale. Some items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase only if they have manufacture issues, but may be exchanged for the same product.

Any item that is designed to have contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once the items are shipped, they are considered used, which means they cannot be returned. The final sale items also include lubricants, massage oils, condoms, and body paints as well.
